Safeguarding

All Pro~Tidy Associates are required to undergo extensive training prior to carrying out work for clients. This covers the use of all the tools and equipment, as well as important general aspects of Health and Safety. Our Health and Safety policy has been validated by an external assessor and is "fit for purpose".

We recognize that despite our best precautions, through training and risk assessment, accidents may happen. To protect both our Clients and our Associates, we carry up to £1,000,000 public liability insurance. Details of our policy are available on request.

Allowing contractors on to one's property can give rise to some concerns. We require all of our staff and Associates to undertake a CRB check to ensure that we are happy that they are fit and proper individuals to carry out work on domestic property. In addition, all Associates will sign up to our Code of Conduct. Any breach of the Code will result in disciplinary action.
