Terms

Prior to commencement of work, Pro~Tidy will consult with Clients and agree a scope of work. This scope will give rise to a quotation either as a one-off fee, or an agreed rolling fee for planned garden maintenance. Fees are due on completion of one-off activities or as stated in the rolling fee quotation.

All garden debris will be removed from site unless it is agreed with the Client as part of the Scope of Work.

Any queries about the quality of the service provided must be notified to one of the Directors within 24 hours.
